baptism

My counselors daughter had her baptism, it was gorgeous. 

Here in Ecuador they have huge parties after. And this was it

Fanesca

this one (above) is not actually from the day

but the other day we had Crab -- and its awesome 

Any ways, during the weekend of Easter, we all get together and eat a dish called Fanesca. This dish is completely made of grains -- about 12 different types.
